FBI Medizintechnik GmbH is the leading supplier of devices and accessories for the electro-convulsive therapy (ECT) in the EMEA region. We see it as our task is to provide as many patients as possible with easy access to this established psychiatric therapy method. By healing the illness or by alleviating the symptoms, we want to enable patients to be able to live an active, self-determined life again.

We achieve this through active marketing, the expansion of existing customer relationships and the reduction of the still existing stigmatization of this treatment method through our active information policy.

We want to make ECT treatment safe, with as low as possible side effects for the patient and as easy as possible to apply for the treating physician. We achieve this through the provision of equipment of the latest generation, dedicated accessories and comprehensive user training. Furthermore, we drive innovation in this area through targeted support of research projects and the evaluation and feedback of customer requirements. We use the findings from research projects and customer requirements to expand and improve the existing product portfolio or as a basis for developing new products, product extensions and accessories.

Increasing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction is our top priority.
